Prenatal Support

  • Two meetings to plan birthing preferences, provide information and resources, and prepare for birthing with comfort measures

  • Phone, text, and email support

Labor Support

  • 24/7 on call support starting at 38 weeks

  • Physical, emotional, and educational support throughout labor, including various comfort measures and breathing practices

  • Advocacy for you and your partner in birth and between you and your provider

Postpartum Support

  • One postpartum in-home visit within the first week after birth to check in with mental and emotional well-being, provide resources, and create space to reflect about the birth

  • Phone, text, and email support until 2 weeks postpartum

Preparing for postpartum is just as essential as preparing for your birth. We focus on your recovery by nurturing you and your baby. I offer practical assistance as well as emotional support, which enables a faster recovery and increased confidence in meeting the challenges of parenthood.

  • Postpartum services will vary day to day, depending your needs, but they may include:

    • Emotional and social support

    • Physical comfort measures for after birth

    • Cooking and meal prep

    • Newborn development and care education

    • Baby-wearing education

    • Lactation support

    • Grocery shopping and errand running

    • Light household maintenance

    • Greeting guests

    • Escorting you and your baby to appointments, support groups, and the like

    • Spending time with baby or sibling so you can rest and reset

Rate: starts at $50/hour (packages available as well)

postpartum meals

 

Complete two-week Korean meal support for the newly postpartum parent. That’s 28 meals for about $10 per meal. All dishes are prepared with fresh, whole ingredients and can be frozen in individual servings. Meal kit includes:

  • 14 servings of seaweed soup with beef

    • A popular postpartum food in Korean culture, rich in calcium, iodine, fiber, omega acids, and vitamins B1 and B3.

  • 7 servings of rich, milky beef bone broth

    • Rich in calcium and collagen and a great source of protein, which supports bone health, gut health, and immune system.

  • 7 servings of beef and radish soup

    • Daikon radish has incredible health benefits including: anti-bacterial and anti-viral, aids digestion, aids kidney functions, removes body toxins, rich in vitamin A, C, E and B6, rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron, and high in fiber.

  • 6 side dishes

    • Side dishes will vary, depending on availability

  • 28 servings of multigrain rice
